We have released a new feature for those doing pre-release. This is for in-store and long-distance shipping only and does not apply to local third-party delivery (Roadie).
If a consumer were to purchase 1x pre-release from you and 1x current available order you will be prompted with 2 separate shipping labels.
1. For the pre-release for WHEN it is released
2. For the currently available order for shipping immediately
To set up your pre-release, set the available date as you normally would (today or PRIOR – i.e. yesterday). Set your pre-release date for the date you plan to release the product.
